These are fast-paced classes, that serve as excellent pre-training warmups for BJJ or energizing morning classes. All of the videos mimic some of the movements we do in Jiu-Jitsu, and they will challenge your range of motion.
They are appropriate for intermediate & advanced members. As always, anyone can give it a shot, but if you’re not super flexible quite yet, just make sure to not push yourself too far.
Just like BJJ remember we all start somewhere so focus on your weakest areas and you will be here in no time
